-Bruno Paillard Premiere cuvee has a fine mousse and a clear golden color with a hint of brass. The taste is dry, fully bodied and delicious with an acidity that is as well balanced as it palpable.

- Bruno Paillard Brut Rosé is made with white and red Pinot Noir grapes. A blend of 25 vintages going back to 1985. It reveals red fruit captured at their full freshness. The finish is bright and long.

Bruno Paillard was initially a broker in the grapes trade, but started his own Champagne house by selling his Jaguar car. Today he is one of the most influential people in Champagne. He bought the car back many years ago and now keeps it in his garage as a memento.
