  • How does Same-Day & Local Delivery work?
    We use a reliable and local service company for all of our in-person hand delivery gift pacakages. A confirmation will be sent once an order has been delivered. All same-day and local delivery web orders would be processed and delivered locally with an adult (21+) present for signature. Please note the cut off time for same-day delivery orders is 12:00pm. We accept Payment for same-day delivery orders are through Zelle or Paypal. Credit card payments will be allowed for repeat customers and next or 2 days for new users. Important Notes: Please note that when a package is delivered and no one is present to receive the package or a package is redirected; additional fees will be assessed to the client prior to redirecting the package
  • What if it becomes too hot or too cold to ship my order?
    Safe delivery of your order is of great importance to Bubles. During periods of extreme heat or cold, Bubles may delay at its discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. If we feel it is necessary to put a weather hold on your order, you will be notified via email. If you wish to expedite shipping, you can contact customer service for your shipping options.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Yes, We offer UPS & DHL services. Please contact us via email for a proper quote and an estimated delivery time for your recipient's destination.
  • How can I place an order?
    You can place an order with us two ways: Online ordering Shop by browsing through our website. Add merchandise to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'add to bag' near the desired item. Review the items in your shopping cart. You can remove, delete or update your shopping cart by clicking on either 'remove', 'delete' or 'update'. To continue shopping click on 'continue'. Please be aware that another customer can still purchase items in your shopping basket until you checkout. Proceed to checkout by clicking on 'checkout' and follow the instructions. All gift packages must be received by an adult 21+years with signature. No exceptions. Ordering over the phone Contact us at (818) 626-5290 Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:30pm or Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm PST and our Customer Service Department will be more than happy to assist you in placing an order. *Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorized for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. **All web orders need up to 3 business days to process. If you need your order expedited, please contact customer service. ***We will send you an email confirmation of your order. ****Please note your purchase from Bubles will show on your transaction history as Bubles LLC. *****All packaging are in Bubles custom packaging.
  • Do you charge Tax on web orders?
    All orders are subject to California State and Local Sales Tax. For Companies exempt of sales tax please send us your local exempt tax.
  • How do I place an order for multiple recipients?
    We ask to use the template to input multi addresses. Please make sure that the addresses are accurate and completly filled out. example: suite, apt #, Zip codes. For any additional information, view our shipping policies or email us at info@bubleschampagne.com with any special requests.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You can track your order in two ways: You can use your tracking number provided to you to get the most up-to-date information on your order. Or, you can contact our Customer Service department at (818) 626-5290 Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:30pm or Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm PST who will be more than happy to provide you with details on your latest order.
  • I received a Bubles Gift Card. Where can I redeem it?
    Gift cards are redeemable for online Champagne gift box purchase or for payment of a catered event.
  • Can I make last minute event inquiry?
    Bubles is committed to hosting any events based on availability and within 72 hours minimum notice. For large parties 200+ please contact us by phone at (818) 626-5290.
  • Can I mix my champagne selection?
    Yes, based on availability.
  • Do you offer Non-Alcoholic Champagne?
    Yes and upon request. We carry a very limited inventory on non alcoholic sparkling (1-2 bottles) at most. We strongly suggest to gives us at least 4 days noticed to ensure that we have these items in stock.
  • What is the time frame for an event?
    We typically offer a 2 hours minimum service which includes set up and breakdown. We work around our client's time frame needs of an event.
  • Is there a minimum to host an event?
    We are pleased to host any party sizes with a minimum revenue of $500 to start with which includes set up, service. Breakdown, clean up.
