Shipping Policy

SAME DAY DELIVERY

* Same day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm in the greater Los Angeles area.

Please call or send a text to make sure the delivery time and date is possible. 

  • We are an Alcoholic Beverage Licensee. An “Alcoholic Beverage Licensee” is an entity which holds all federal, state and local licenses and permits required for the manufacture and/or sale of alcoholic beverages, the transportation of  the authorized shipping agent of such an entity.

  • There must be an adult 21 years of age or older present to sign for all Bubles alcohol shipments. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

  • We cannot arrange or guarantee specific delivery windows, dates or time frames.

  • We ship all of our gift packages in compliance with alcoholic safe packaging. Our shipping providers are GLS for the West Coast with 2 days delivery- UPS & FEDEX for the East Coast with 3 to 5 days delivery. DHL for International Shipping. 

  • Multiple shipping addresses is available. Please use template provided on this page.

  • Safe delivery of your order is of great importance to Bubles. During periods of extreme heat or cold, Bubles may delay at its discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. If we feel it is necessary to put a weather hold on your order, you will be notified via email. If you wish to expedite shipping, you can contact customer service for your shipping options.

  • Three delivery attempts will be made by our shipping partners. After the first attempt, recipients are responsible to coordinate and schedule redelivery or pickup directly with the shipping company.

  • Bubles is not responsible for coordinating delivery to recipient. Purchaser will receive an email notification with carrier and tracking information for tracking.

  • Bubles is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to redirect or re-ship packages. Customer will be billed in the case of redirected or reshipped items.

  • If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is entered at the time of purchase, Bubles is not responsible for fees incurred to correct address.

  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical deliver address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. militar APOs/FPOs/DPOS/MPOs

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

  • In the case of a missed delivery or returned items, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to reship your items, however, the customer is responsible for covering all additional shipping costs per our Shipping Policy.

 

  • If you believe you received a defective, damaged or compromised bottle, please contact us within  (10) days from the date of the order at info@bubleschampagne.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation by either shipping a replacement or providing a credit in the amount of the damaged goods. Defective means the product is corked or broken; it is not a matter of taste preference.
