We can handle either option seamlessly. Because Bubles is fully licensed and insured through California ABC, we offer complete champagne curation and chilling services, bringing grower Champagnes and grand marques directly to your event. If your venue requires you to source alcohol through their internal beverage program or caterer, you are also welcome to provide your own bottles. Estimated bottle requirements (750ml):

Towers must be placed on a completely flat, solid surface (such as a finished terrace, patio, or level sub-flooring) well away from high-traffic pathways and direct wind gusts. For beach, cliffside, or lawn setups, our team inspects your table foundation to confirm stability before assembly.

Setup takes between 45 to 90 minutes depending on the tier size. Our team coordinates directly with your venue coordinator or event planner to arrive during your designated load-in window, ensuring the tower is styled, leveled, and photo-ready well before guests arrive.
